Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Yields: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 small shallot
- 6 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3 cups mayonnaise (I use Hellman's)
Directions
- Place garlic, salt, and shallot in food processor, pulse till finely minced. Add parsley, continue pulsing in short bursts until minced.
- Add buttermilk and mayonnaise and blend til creamy.
- Serve.
