Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Salad dressing, like Hidden Valley Ranch, without all the preservatives, etc. Its fantastic over a Lettuce Wedge with bacon pieces, or dipping pizza, chicken fingers or french fries in. Spread on a sandwich too.

• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
• 1⁄2 cup  real mayonnaise
• 2  garlic cloves, minced
• 1  scallion, minced
• 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
•  salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Transfer to glass or ceramic bowl and refrigerate for 30 min while flavors blend or merry.
