Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust, baked
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
- salt
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
Directions
- bake as for lemon pie
- This is what I'm guessing has to happen:
- Mix the egg yolks, extract, buttermilk, flour and salt together. Pour into baked pie shell.
- Bake 25 minutes or until set.
- Pour over egg whites.
- Brown in oven 5 more minutes.
