Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups buttermilk (can use sour cream)
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt.
- Add buttermilk.
- Stir until mixed well.
- Add raisins.
- Use your favorite two crust pie crust.
- Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees; 30 minutes at 350.
