Buttermilk Jalapeño and Coriander Chargrilled Steak

  1. Place 500ml of buttermilk, jalapeño, garlic, lime rind and juice, coriander onion, salt and pepper and process until combined.
  2. Place steak in marinade and refrigerate for one hour.
  3. Preheat chargrill to high. Remove steak from marinade, brush with oil.
  4. Cook for six minutes, turn and cook for a further 6 minutes.
  5. Slice the steak and serve with remaing buttermilk, fresh sliced jalapeños and any other accompaniments you desire.
