Buttermilk Herb Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- In a medium bowl whisk together all the ingredients.
- Marinate chicken or pork for 1 to 4 hours and discard marinade.
- Cook as desired.
