Buttermilk Coconut Pie

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3⁄4 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 eggs
- 1 deep dish pie shell, unbaked
Directions
- Melt butter.
- Add next 5 ingredients.
- Beat eggs lightly & add to first mixture.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes.
