Buttermilk-Chive Dressing

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup fat-free buttermilk
• 1⁄4 cup sour cream or 1⁄4 cup creme fraiche
• 2  tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1  tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1⁄4 cup  minced fresh chives
• 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Directions

1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until well blended. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
