  1. Stir sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter together until smooth.
  2. Chop candy bars and stir in .
  3. Add milk and whipping cream.
  4. Pour into ice cream freezer. If not to fill-line add more milk.
  5. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
