  1. Bars:.
  2. Mix butter,2 cups flour, salt and sugar until crumbly.
  3. Press into 9x13 cake pan.
  4. Bake 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees.
  5. Mix eggs, pecans, brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, baking powder and coconut together.
  6. Spread over cooked crust.
  7. Bake 15 minutes more or until top is not soft.
  8. Cool.
  9. Frost with icing.
  10. Icing:.
  11. Combine powdered sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla.
  12. Mix well.
  13. Spread on cooled bars.
  14. Cut into 1" x 1 1/2" bars.
