Butter Tarts

After anything chocolate, my favorite combination - butter and sugar!

• Serves: 36

Ingredients

• 1  cup brown sugar
• 2  tablespoons flour
• 2  eggs
• 1 1⁄2 cups corn syrup
• 3⁄4 cup butter, melted
• 36  prepared tart shells

Directions

1. Blend brown sugar and flour.
2. Add eggs, corn syrup and butter.
3. Boil for 5 minutes in saucepan.
4. Fill tart shells.
5. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
