Butter Tarts

These are a great addition to the butter tart family. We often us a margarine /butter combo or just margarine. Then we call them "margarine tarts". They disappear just as fast. Show more

  1. Beat eggs well. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Then add butter and vinegar, stir. Then add rasins or currants (if desired). After stirring it all up fill tart shells 2/3 full. Bake tarts until light brown. Then enjoy.
