Butter Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups butter (room temperature)
- 8 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
- 1 dash salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Grease and flour pan.
- In a large bowl, beat sugar, butter, eggs, flour, and flavors until all ingredients have whipped cream consistency.
- Pour into pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until done.
- Let cake cool, then add icing of your choice.
