Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons butter flavoring
- 1⁄8 teaspoon peppermint oil
- 1 (16 ounce) package confectioners' sugar
Directions
- combine first 4 ingredients beat at low speed with mixer until blended.
- add a small amount of green food coloring
- mix until well blended.
- press mixture into small moulds or roll into small balls and flaten slightly.
