Butter Mint Coffee Blend

This is made up w/giftgiving in mind. It makes 2 1 pint jars.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
• 1⁄2 cup  butter mints, coarsely crushed
• 1⁄4 cup powdered sugar
• 2  cups powdered milk
• 3⁄4 cup instant coffee granules, divide

Directions

1. Combine the first 4 ingredients together in medium mixing bowl.
2. Divide equally and pour into jars.
3. Divide and layer instant coffee on top of each.
4. Secure lid and attach instructions.

6. Place mixture in a bowl and toss lightly.
7. Spoon back into jar.
8. Combine 1/4 cup mix with 2/3 cups boiling water.
9. Stir until mixture dissolves.
