- Pour melted butter into 9x9x2 baking dish.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- Add milk and stir until dough forms.
- Turn dough onto floured surface.
- Knead 10 times.
- Roll or pat into 8-inch square.
- With floured knife, cut square in half.
- Cut each half into 9 strips or rectangle pieces.
- Dip each strip into butter and arrange into square inside baking pan.
- Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
