Butter Crusted Beer Bread

Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups self rising flour
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 bottle beer
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Mix flour, parsley and sugar on low for 1 minute.
- Add beer and continue to mix for another minute or until beer is thoroughly incorporated Pour batter into lightly greased loaf pan.
- Pour melted butter on top.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
