Butter Creme Icing

this was a recipe i got at a bakery i worked at.

  1. solve hot water and sugar add powdered meringue.
  2. beat on high till peaks.
  3. add powdered sugar, crisco, butter, oleo,salt, vanilla and almond extract.
  4. whip on high for 5 minute and 1 minute on low.
