Butter Cream Ham Soup

Ingredients
- 3 cups ham stock
- 1 ounce butter
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 5 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup milk
Directions
- Heat broth in medium sized saucepan on medium heat.
- Add butter, stir, and let melt.
- Add mashed potatoes, whisk to combine.
- Add cream cheese and stir.
- Boil, stirring frequently, until mashed potatoes and cream cheese have dissolved.
- Remove from heat, whisk in milk.
