Ingredients
- 2 2⁄3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄4 cups sugar
- 3⁄4 cup butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 ounces semisweet chocolate or 3 ounces dark chocolate, coarsely grated
Directions

- Use a spatula to transfer the cookies to the cookie sheet, placing them 1 inch apart.
- Bake one sheet at a time, for 10-15 minutes, or until just golden. Transfer to cool rack to cool.
- Enjoy!
