Butter Cookies

Yields: 48 cookies
Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb butter, softened
- 4 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
Directions
- Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar and egg yolk until well blended.
- Add flour and mix.
- Using a cookie press, press onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350º until firm but not hard. About 8-10 minutes.
