Butter Cake

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 1 1⁄4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄8 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 1⁄2 cups sifted cake flour
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup milk
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Add extracts.
- Add dry ingredients alternatly with milk starting and ending with dry ingredients.
- Pour batter into 2 greased 8" pans.
- Bake 350 for 30-35 minute.
- Let cool 1o min before removing from pans.
