Butter Beans With Rosemary and Sun-Blush Tomatoes

This speedy little recipe is great with roast lamb or as a pasta sauce with lots of grated parmesan.

  1. Put the beans in a small saucepan, heat up gently and add the olive oil, sun-blush tomatoes, chopped rosemary and some sea salt and pepper. When warm, remove from the heat and set aside to let the flavours infuse.
