Serves: 4-6

Yields: 4 pies

Ingredients

  • 2  frozen pie crusts
  • 1  lb hamburger
  • 1 (20 ounce) package  Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
  • 1 (8 ounce) bag  frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4  tablespoons butter or 4  tablespoons margarine

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Take pie crust out of freezer and thaw while you make the pasty filling.
  3. Fry hamburger and drain. Mix hamburger with vegetables and Simply Potatoes diced potato with onion.
  4. Cut the pie crusts in half and place filling in the middle of each portion of crust and top each with a tablespoon of butter or margarine. Pinch pie crust together to form a pasty leaving a small vent in each.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
