Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup raw unsalted macadamia nuts
- 1⁄2 cup raw parmesan cheese
- 1 1⁄2 cups olive oil
- 1 cup chopped fresh basil leaf
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon mountain pepper
- 1 teaspoon bush tomatoes
Directions
- Puree the nuts, parmesan and 1/4 cup of the oil in a blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend to a chunky paste.
- Serve on bread sticks or wattle seed blinis.
