Burgundy Beef Patties

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 3⁄4 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 4 ounces mushrooms, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Form into 6 oval patties, about 3/4-inch thick.
- Broil or grill 6 inches from heat to desired doneness.
