Bulldog Wing Marinade

This one is my own creation. It's a teriyaki style marinade for chicken wings. I use about half of a Costco size package of wings. I like to chop my wings into separate pieces.

• Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

• 2  Thai chiles, diced
• 1  cup cilantro, diced
• 1  medium  white onion, diced
• 4  garlic cloves, minced
• 3  inches gingerroot, minced
• 1  cup  yakisoba sauce (Bulldog Sauce)
• 1  cup soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup  rice wine vinegar
• 2  cups water
• 1  tablespoon fish sauce

Directions

1. Marinate for minimum 12 hours.
2. Grill wings till done.
