Buko Salad

This is my best friend Aunt's recipe. It's so good.

Serves: 10

Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 1  quart heavy cream
  • 1 (14 ounce) can  condensed milk
  • 3 (30 ounce) cans  fruit cocktail, drained
  • 2 (14 ounce) packages coconut, buko at Asian specialty stores
  • 1  quart  kaong, palm nut at Asian specialty stores

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients leave in the freezer for 2 hours.
