Buffalo-Style Burgers

Serves: 2

Yields: 2 burgers

Ingredients

  • 1  lb ground beef
  • 6  ounces  condensed tomato soup
  • 3  ounces  Frank's red hot sauce
  • 1  teaspoon butter, melted
  • 1  teaspoon  garlic salt
  • 2  hamburger buns
  • 12 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2  pieces lettuce

Directions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together and form into 2 patties.
  2. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, or on grill cook patties until no longer pink.
  3. Drain fat.
  4. Place patties on buns, top with cheese and lettuce.
