Buffalo Perogies

Ingredients

  • 4 12 teaspoons  hot pepper sauce
  • 1  tablespoon  vegetable oil
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1  package  frozen potatoe and roasted garlic pierogi
  •  bleu cheese salad dressing (optional)
  •  celery rib (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine hot sauce, oil, and chili powder.
  4. Add frozen pierogis.
  5. Toss until well coated.
  6. Arrange on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake until golden and crisp, about 20-minutes, turning after 10-minutes.
  8. Serve with blue cheese and celery sticks, if desired.
