Buffalo Nuts

Yields: 4 Cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 4 tablespoons hot sauce (I use Franks)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2-1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne (more or less depending on the preferred heat level)
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix everything except nuts together to blend.
- Add nuts and toss well.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes stirring a couple of times.
- Let cool on pan.
