Buffalo Chicken Pizza (Single)

Ingredients

  • 9  ounces  pizza crusts, Mama Mary's thin & crispy (or similar)
  • 1  teaspoon olive oil
  • 12 chicken breast, grilled and cut into cubes
  • 1  tablespoon  buffalo wing sauce, Ken's brand
  • 1  tablespoon  blue cheese dressing, Ken's brand
  • 1  stalk celery, chopped
  • 13 cup cheddar cheese or 13 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F; brush pizza crust with olive oil. Mix chicken and wing sauce; spread on pizza crust. Add chopped celery, drizzle with blue cheese dressing, top with shredded cheese. Bake on baking stone or cookie sheet for 12-15 minutes until edges of crust and cheese are slightly brown.
