  1. Place chicken breasts into a pan and add enough water to cover chicken - Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium and poach for 6 to 7 minutes.
  2. Remove chicken and allow them to cool.
  3. Once cool shred chicken using two forks.
  4. Place chicken and hot sauce into a skillet-heat through add cream cheese ( cut into chunks) and dressing heat until well blended.
  5. Add half of the shredded cheese stir until melted.
  6. Place in crock-sprinkle top with remaining shredded cheese.
  7. Serve with crackers.
