Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast (2 large)
- 6 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1⁄2 shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Place chicken breasts into a pan and add enough water to cover chicken - Bring to boil then reduce heat to medium and poach for 6 to 7 minutes.
- Remove chicken and allow them to cool.
- Once cool shred chicken using two forks.
- Place chicken and hot sauce into a skillet-heat through add cream cheese ( cut into chunks) and dressing heat until well blended.
- Add half of the shredded cheese stir until melted.
- Place in crock-sprinkle top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Serve with crackers.
