Buffalo Chicken Bites

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 (1 ounce) packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- 6 -8 ounces blue cheese, crumbles
- 24 ounces shredded cheddar cheese or 24 ounces marbled cheese
- 3⁄4 cup buffalo wing sauce
Directions
- In a large bowl combine ground chicken, Bisquick, dressing mix, blue cheese and shredded cheese.
- Knead mixture until thoroughly combined and formed into a ball.
- Make a well in the center of the ball.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of the buffalo sauce into the well.
- Knead the ball until the sauce has been worked inches.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- From the chicken mixture roll balls roughly the size of a small walnut.
- Place the balls on a greased, aluminum lined baking sheet.
- Depending on the size of your oven or pan you may need to work in batches.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the balls turn a dark golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Place in a large bowl with the remaining buffalo sauce and toss until coated.
- Serve.
