Buffalo Chicken Bites

After having the same old sausage balls for the millionth time I decided to experiment a bit and these came out nicely so I decided to share. Show more

  1. In a large bowl combine ground chicken, Bisquick, dressing mix, blue cheese and shredded cheese.
  2. Knead mixture until thoroughly combined and formed into a ball.
  3. Make a well in the center of the ball.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of the buffalo sauce into the well.
  5. Knead the ball until the sauce has been worked inches.
  6. Preheat oven to 350.
  7. From the chicken mixture roll balls roughly the size of a small walnut.
  8. Place the balls on a greased, aluminum lined baking sheet.
  9. Depending on the size of your oven or pan you may need to work in batches.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the balls turn a dark golden brown.
  11. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  12. Place in a large bowl with the remaining buffalo sauce and toss until coated.
  13. Serve.
