Budget Farmer's Breakfast W/O Cheese

Ingredients
- 6 red potatoes, diced
- 1 yellow onion, diced (red works to)
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon milk
Directions
- Start cooking the pork sausage on medium heat. While that is cooking, dice the potatoes and add.
- When the potatoes and sausage are almost done, add the onion, spices, and mushrooms.
- Whisk the eggs with milk and vanilla. Add to the skillet when the potatoes are done. Continually stir until eggs are cooked and serve.
