Buddy's Meatballs

Yields: 15 meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 lb ground veal
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small onion
- 1⁄2 stalk celery
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 3 slices bread, soaked in
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions
- Chop and fry celery, onion and parsley together in oil.
- Mix together beef, veal, salt, egg, garlic and soaked bread. Add fried onion, celery, parsley mix.
- Roll 2 oz. balls and brown in a hot skillet then bake at 375°F for 1/2 hours.
