Buccaneer Tilapia

Yields: 4 tilapia filets
Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 16 shrimp
- cajun spices
- olive oil
- oregano
- lemon juice
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Combine melted butter and lemon juice, and then lightly cover filets. Cover filets in cajun spices. Pan fry filets for two and a half minutes on each side on medium / high. Add olive oil and sauté shrimp in remains of the filets.
- For the alfredo sauce, combine a stick of butter, cup of heavy cream, and cup of grated parmesan cheese in a small pot. Cook on medium / low or until everything is melted. Add a teaspoon of starch and water mix if sauce needs thickening. Add oregano for presentation / flavor.
