Buccaneer Tilapia

Cajun spiced tilapia and shrimp smothered in homemade alredo sauce.

  1. Combine melted butter and lemon juice, and then lightly cover filets. Cover filets in cajun spices. Pan fry filets for two and a half minutes on each side on medium / high. Add olive oil and sauté shrimp in remains of the filets.
  2. For the alfredo sauce, combine a stick of butter, cup of heavy cream, and cup of grated parmesan cheese in a small pot. Cook on medium / low or until everything is melted. Add a teaspoon of starch and water mix if sauce needs thickening. Add oregano for presentation / flavor.
