Bub's Orange and Ginger Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 12 ounces cranberries (usually 1 bag)
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 12 ounces orange juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar or 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Combine cranberries, cinnamon stick, all sugars and OJ in non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Reduce to slow roll, stirring every 5 minutes (very important).
- After 15 minutes, add nutmeg and ginger.
- Cook until thick and chunky.
