B's Cajun Chicken Wings

I love wings and if you do you will love these! Not to spicy but oooooh so tasty! This spice mix can be used on other meat cut as well. Show more

Directions

  1. In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients, except wings and oil.
  2. Process until well blended.
  3. Slowly pour in oil and BBQ sauce and process until a thick paste forms.
  4. In a zip lock bag, add wings and paste and closed bag.
  5. Mix until wings are well coated.
  6. Refrigerate over night.
  7. Bake wings at 425 degrees F until nicely browned outside and cooked through (45 minutes).
  8. Serve warm.
