Brussels Sprouts W/ Radishes

Directions

  1. Trim the stem edge of the sprouts.
  2. Trim top and bottom edges of radishes.
  3. Place the radishes and sprouts in a large saucepan,.
  4. Add stock, and enough water to cover, if necessary.
  5. Bring to the boil.
  6. Cook 10 - 14 minutes, or until the sprouts are done and the radishes begin to lose their color.
  7. Drain, return to saucepan.
  8. Add butter.
  9. Gently mix the veggies with the melting butter.
  10. Move to a serving dish, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
