Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh Brussels sprout
- 1⁄2 yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- garlic (approximately 1 clove)
- sea salt (approximately 1 teaspoon)
- pepper (approximately 1/2 teaspoon)
Directions
- slice trunk off brussels sprouts and cut in half length wise.
- chop yellow onions.
- heat olive oil in pan.
- add brussel sprouts, onions, garlic, sea salt and pepper.
- sautee for approximately 10 minutes or until to desired tenderness.
- enjoy.
