Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Easy one dish chicken bake that everyone will love.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
• 1⁄2 cup hot water
• 2  cups chicken stove top stuffing mix
• 2  garlic cloves, minced
• 1  lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
• 1  teaspoon dried basil leaves
• 1  cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

1. PREHEAT oven 400F .
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl stir until moist. Set aside.
3. Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish, sprinkel with basil and cheese, Top with prepared stuffing.
4. Bake 30 min or until chicken is cooked through (170 F).
