Bruschetta

Ingredients
- ball mozzarella cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 -4 basil leaves
- 7 -12 pieces bread (or you could get crackers)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions
- dice the mozzarella.
- mince the garlic and basil.
- dice the tomatoes.
- put the diced mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and garlic into a bowl.
- put the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in the same bowl and mix for 45 seconds or so.
- put bread on skillet.
- scoop the bruschetta on the bread and enjoy.
