Yields: 5-6 cups
Ingredients
- 5 medium tomatoes, diced
- 6 -7 spring onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 -4 tablespoons Italian dressing
- French bread, sliced
Directions
- combine first 4 ingrediants, stir well.
- add dressing, just enough to coat.
- let sit in fridge for 30-90 minutes.
- toast french bread in oven to desired crispiness.
- serve tomatoe mixture over bread.
