Brunch Croissants

While searching for new breakfast recipes for my kids (that are quick enough for busy school mornings), I found this recipe on the Gooseberry Patch website (submitted by Donna Vogel). The recipe makes great use of leftover ham, but I think other breakfast meats would be just as good. Show more

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (12 ounce) package  refrigerated  croissants (I used crescent roll dough)

Directions

  1. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine the ham and cream cheese.
  2. Unroll and separate croissants. Place a dollop of the ham mixture on each croissant. Roll up croissants and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 425°F for 15 to 18 minutes.
