Brunch Casserole

  1. Spray a 13 X 9 inch pan with non stick spray.
  2. Place muffins, cut side up, in the pan.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Layer smoked salmon.
  5. Sprinkle onions on top.
  6. Now,layer baby asparagus on top of this.
  7. Keep aside.
  8. Beat eggs, one at a time, in a bowl.
  9. Add dry mustard and milk.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Season with salt and pepper.
  12. Pour egg mixture over the entire casserole.
  13. Sprinkle paprika over this.
  14. Cover.
  15. Refrigerate overnight.
  16. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  17. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  18. Serve hot!
