Yields: 12 brownies
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2⁄3 cup all-purpose flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F Spray and 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl whisk the eggs and sugar together until combined.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted. Stir egg mixture into chocolate mixture in saucepan. Stir in flour until combined.
- Spread brownie batter in prepared pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until brownies are cooked but still a little wobbly (not set in the center). Cool in pan on rack.
