Brownie Recipe Adapted from the Shomron Chef

Yields: 12 brownies
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa or 1⁄2 cup carob powder
- 3⁄4 cup oil
- 2 cups Splenda granular
- 4 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour (I use whole grain)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C or 350°F.
- Mix cocoa and oil.
- Beat sugar and eggs.
- Stir in flour, salt, baking powder and nuts or other additions.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes and cut while warm.
