Brownie Pudding

A fabulous fix for chocoholics! The boiling water forms a thick, scrumptious pudding covered by the fantasically rich brownie. It's a bit like a souffle, but with a wonderful twist!

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1  cup flour
• 2  tablespoons  cocoa
• 2  teaspoons baking powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 2  tablespoons  oil
• 1  tablespoon vanilla
• 1⁄4 cup  cocoa
• 1 3⁄4 cups boiling water
• 3⁄4 cup brown sugar

Directions

1. Sift together first 5 ingredients.
2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla.
3. Mix till smooth.
4. Pour into ungreased 8x8x2 pan.
5. Mix together brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
6. Sprinkle over batter.
7. Pour water over entire batter.
8. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
