Brownie Mix Cookies

I didn't have any flour in the house, but I needed to make some cookies and all I could find was a box of brownie mix. Very chocolaty, with a brownie texture and the shape of a cookie. I used low-fat brownie mix.

Ingredients

• 4  ounces cream cheese
• 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
• 2  eggs
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 3  tablespoons water
• 20  ounces  brownie mix
• 1 1⁄2 cups chocolate chips
• 1  cup  chopped walnuts

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375*.
2. Beat softened cream cheese and peanut butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in brownie mixture.
3. Add water as needed to make a thick dough.
4. Add chips (white chocolate are great) and walnuts as desired. Bake for 10 minutes or until firm without overcooking.
